چکیده

Obesity is recognized as a severe threat to overall human health and associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases. Abnormal expansion of white adipose tissue involves increasing the existing adipocytes' cell size or number through differentiation new adipocytes. Adipogenesis process proliferation adipocyte precursor cells in mature As key determining adipocytes, it possible therapeutic approach for obesity. Therefore, necessary identify molecular mechanisms involved adipogenesis that could serve suitable targets. Reducing bodyweight regarded major benefit. Limited efficacy side effects drug interactions available anti-obesity treatment highlight constant need finding novel efficient safe ingredients. Numerous studies have recently investigated inhibitory natural products on lipid accumulation. Possible include induction apoptosis, cell-cycle arrest delayed progression, interference transcription factor cascade intracellular signaling pathways during early phase adipogenesis.
